In "Freak the Freak Out," Trina answers Tori's phone when Mark McCallan, a popular boy at school, calls to ask Tori out. Trina lies to Mark, saying Tori has plans, and suggests that he take her out instead. Mark agrees, but Trina’s plans are derailed when her father reveals she has to get her wisdom teeth removed that Friday. Tori is amused until she learns she has to take care of Trina over the weekend because their parents will be in Santa Barbara. Trina is in constant pain after the surgery, making it difficult for Tori to care for her. Trina refuses her medication and care, leading to multiple arguments. When Tori's friends visit the next day, Tori devises a plan for revenge and leaves Trina in the care of Hayley Ferguson and Tara Ganz, who lost a bet. After a chaotic fight with the two girls, Trina's father sees the commotion and tells his wife they should leave, while Tori and her friends enjoy themselves at Karaoke Dokie.
