Android 19 is the most loyal and obedient of Dr. Gero's creations. He is dedicated to Gero's revenge against Goku and is eager to confront him. Android 19 is intelligent and was able to convert Dr. Gero into Android 20, another energy-absorbing model like himself. He is confident in his abilities and takes pleasure in his opponent's suffering, such as when he exploits Goku's weakened state caused by the Heart Virus. However, his reliance on outdated data from Dr. Gero’s Remote Tracking Device, which only tracked battles from the Saiyan and Trunks Sagas, leads to his overconfidence. This proves detrimental when he faces Super Saiyan [[Vegeta]], who has trained intensively for three years. Despite being a machine, Android 19 is capable of feeling fear and shows a cowardly reaction when confronted by Super Saiyan Vegeta, attempting to flee in a state of panic.
