=== Dragon Ball Z: Dokkan Battle ===
In ''Dokkan Battle'', the Bio-Men appear as enemies in Quest Mode Area 26: "Demonic Technology." They serve as the stage boss in Stage 3: "Bio-Soldier" of the same area.

In the storyline, dimensional distortions cause the Bio-Men to resurface. Future Trunks and his Time Patroller partner investigate the phenomenon for [[King Kai]] and discover that Dr. Gero has teamed up with the demonic scientist Dr. Kochin. Dr. Kochin brings an army of Bio-Men to aid Dr. Gero and his android subordinates, including a reprogrammed [[Android 16]] and an upgraded [[Android 19]].

Despite the Bio-Men and androids posing a significant threat, Future Trunks and his partner defeat them. This forces Dr. Gero and Dr. Kochin to reveal their trump card: a brainwashed Piccolo. However, the Time Patrollers manage to free Piccolo from their control and ultimately defeat both scientists, putting an end to their schemes once and for all.
