===Super Dragon Ball Heroes=== ====Dark Empire Saga==== In the manga, Mechikabura is released from the Crack of Time by Towa, using energy stolen from powerful individuals. However, his body remains frail due to his age. Towa suggests using the Dark Dragon Balls to restore his youth so he can exact revenge on Chronoa, but the Dark Dragon Balls scatter across space and time. Mechikabura begins his quest to recover them, starting with the Four-Star Dark Dragon Ball, which has merged with Xeno Turles at the Tree of Might. Mechikabura, alongside Demon God Salsa and the Dark-Masked King, appears at the Tree of Might to retrieve the ball. He orders the Dark-Masked King to confront Xeno Turles but intervenes when Xeno Turles eats a piece of the Fruit from the Tree of Might and powers up. With a single blast, he destroys the Tree of Might and Xeno Turles, recovering the Dark Dragon Ball. In the game, Mechikabura travels in his ship to personally oversee the retrieval of the fourth Dark Dragon Ball. After his henchmen, Salsa and the Dark-Masked King, are defeated by the Time Patrol, he decides to confront them himself. Finding them tougher than anticipated, he chooses to withdraw. Back in the Demon Realm, Mechikabura is informed by Gravy and Putine that Towa and the others have recovered three of the Dark Dragon Balls and Dabura. He orders Towa to bring a mask for their chained prisoner, Dark Broly, who has merged with the Seven-Star Dark Dragon Ball. When Dark Broly breaks free and rampages, Mechikabura merely laughs at the chaos. After successfully obtaining all seven Dark Dragon Balls, Mechikabura returns to his castle to prepare for summoning Dark Shenron. When Xeno Dende summons the dragon, Mechikabura regains his youth. In response to the threat he now poses, Chronoa uses all her power to seal herself, Mechikabura, and the entire Demon Realm in the Time Labyrinth. In the game, Mechikabura, along with Mira (after absorbing Towa) and Demon God Dabura, battles Xeno Trunks, Chronoa (in her Time Power Unleashed form), and their allies to prevent them from stopping Dark Shenron. They succeed in holding them off long enough for Mechikabura to regain his prime form. With his newfound power, he easily overpowers Chronoa and Xeno Trunks. In a final attempt to stop him, Chronoa unleashes all the "Power of Time," sealing Mechikabura and the Demon Realm within the Time Labyrinth. ====Dark King Mechikabura Saga==== After being sealed in the Time Labyrinth, Mechikabura manages to brainwash Chronoa. He later escapes from the Time Labyrinth, appearing from a dark portal, and grants his underlings an enhanced Demon God form. After the allied Time Patrol and Demigra Army break the seal on Mechikabura's Tower and free Chronoa from his control, Mechikabura appears atop the tower. He sends a mass of dark energy that incapacitates everyone except Xeno Trunks. When Xeno Trunks attempts to attack with his Key Sword, Mechikabura effortlessly stops him with a fingertip, noting the sword's divine origins but realizing he cannot destroy it. Using the Demon God Summoning Ritual, Mechikabura teleports his previously defeated Demon Gods to him. After declaring them useless, he traps them in a black orb, absorbs them, and transforms into his Time Power Unleashed form, gaining horns and claws. He heads to the Time Nest, intending to absorb Tokitoki and destroy its barrier. At the Time Nest, Mechikabura demands Old Kai hand over Tokitoki. When the Kai refuses, Mechikabura prepares to attack, but Xeno Trunks, now a Super Saiyan God, arrives with Chronoa. Impressed by Xeno Trunks' new godly power, Mechikabura is interrupted by Fin, brought by Towa to defend him. After Fin is defeated, Trunks attacks again, but Mechikabura uses Towa as a shield. He declares that power is the only thing that matters and forms a black hole, beginning to absorb time itself. Mechikabura successfully absorbs the entirety of history, but Demigra binds him with chains of light and pulls Xeno Trunks, Chronoa, Old Kai, and Towa from his chest. Although Mechikabura tries to blast them, Demigra's chains block the attack. Xeno Trunks, in his Super Saiyan God form, slashes Mechikabura, but his absorbed time grants him instant regeneration. The Time Patrol arrives with Xeno Goku wielding the Key Sword, and they engage Mechikabura while Chronoa charges the sword. Despite Mechikabura's ability to fend off attacks from various warriors, Super Saiyan 4 Xeno Vegito manages to put pressure on him. Mechikabura, though impressed by Vegito's strength, remains confident due to his regenerative abilities. Demigra binds Mechikabura again with chains, and Xeno Trunks uses the evolved Key Sword to attack. However, Mechikabura laughs off the attempts, declaring his immortality. His confidence wavers when a seal with Chronoa's crest appears on his chest. Xeno Trunks reveals that the combined powers of gods, darkness, light, and time have been used to seal Mechikabura away. Trunks stabs the ground, enveloping Mechikabura in chains and halos, sealing him in an "Eternal Labyrinth." As he is sealed, Mechikabura vows to escape, and his dark essence disperses into the surroundings. In the anime special, Mechikabura, in his Time Power Unleashed state, battles Super Saiyan God Xeno Trunks and Super Saiyan 4 Xeno Vegito in the Demon Realm. He is eventually overpowered, allowing Chronoa to charge Xeno Trunks' Key Sword. With a single attack, Xeno Trunks seals Mechikabura away, but his dark essence remains in the surroundings. In the game, after achieving his Time Power Unleashed state by absorbing a black hole filled with time energy, Mechikabura traps everything within it. He forces Shroom and Salsa to battle Xeno King Vegeta and Xeno Bardock, despite the cost to their lives. Mechikabura fights the combined forces of the Time Patrol, Demigra Army, and Dark Empire members who oppose him. His Time Power Unleashed state is taken by Xeno Trunks using the fully charged Key Sword. Reverting to his Dark King state, he is defeated by Super Saiyan 4 Xeno Vegito and returned to his base form. Xeno Trunks strikes him again, forcing him into his elderly state, allowing Chronoa to seal him away in the Labyrinth of Light. ====Universe Creation Saga==== To make her son Fu the next Dark King, Towa gathers the remnants of the Dark Factor from captured Time Patrol members and grants it to Fu. This unintentionally restores Mechikabura's influence. When Fu receives the Dark Factor, Mechikabura manifests, declaring that they are now one being. He asks Fu for control over his body, but Fu refuses and retains control, becoming the new Dark King. While fighting Vegito and Xeno Vegito, Fu manifests Time Power Unleashed Mechikabura's hands to use against them. ====New Space-Time War Saga==== In the manga, Fu continues to use Mechikabura's hands in combat, this time against Xeno Gogeta. To buy time for the Universe Tree's revival, Fu temporarily surrenders control of his body to Mechikabura, who gleefully battles Goku and Xeno Goku. The two Saiyans destroy his hands after Chronoa fuses their ki together. ====Supreme Kai of Time Saga==== After being released from Fu's control upon the hybrid demon's defeat, Mechikabura, in the form of a Dark Factor ghost, curses the Supreme Kai of Time and the Time Patrol. He is suddenly stabbed by Demigra's staff, and Demigra absorbs his Dark Factor to become the next Dark King. ====Ultimate Mission X==== In the past, after failing to hatch his Tokitoki egg, Mechikabura is visited by a time-traveling Demigra, who offers to help him steal Chronoa's healthy egg in exchange for Mechikabura's distorted egg. Chronoa, with the Time Patrol's help, thwarts Demigra's plot, and history progresses as normal.
