In "Wi-Fi in the Sky," Trina and Tori are on a flight from San Diego to Los Angeles. During the flight, Trina is annoyed by a young boy kicking her seat. Later, she goes to use the first-class restroom, despite not being allowed, since the second-class restroom is occupied. Climbing over Tori to get to the aisle, Trina unwittingly gives Beck and André, who are on a webcam, an embarrassing view, prompting them to shout in alarm.

After returning from the restroom, the boy teasingly calls Trina a "freak," but also "hot," though he thinks Tori is hotter. Trina then reveals she saw Perez Hilton in first class and took his camera to "return" it, hoping this act will get her featured on his blog and make her famous. Trina spends the rest of the episode looking through Perez's photos until he confronts her, demanding his camera back. A struggle ensues, dragging Tori into the fray and causing a commotion on the plane.
