Weather Manipulation is the ability to psionically control and alter atmospheric forces, creating changes in the weather. Users can intensify winds, summon storm clouds, and affect barometric pressure. This power can be concentrated to generate indoor storms and control the movement of rain, wind, and lightning. It allows for weather control over a wide range of distances, enabling the creation or summoning of clear skies, rain, hail, snow, thunderstorms, tornadoes, hurricanes, and more. Weather Manipulation can be used offensively or to influence the natural cycle of life.

- Flight, gliding, and levitation
- Ecological empathy to sense shifts in natural events
- Cosmic manipulation to influence cosmic weather beyond Earth's atmosphere
- Lightning blasts/strikes
- Rain, snow, sleet, hail
- Tornadoes, blizzards, hurricanes

- Increasing air, barometric, or other pressures
- Predicting future weather conditions
- Limited ability to store electricity within the body
- Freezing through thermal manipulation
- Eroding solid surfaces like stones or buildings
- Summoning powerful winds to push people/objects away

- Infusing fighting skills with electricity or ice
Types:
- Changing Weather: Allows manipulation of existing natural phenomena, such as controlling clouds to cause rain or altering wind direction.
- Weather Control: Enables full control over the weather, including creating new phenomena from nothing, like producing lightning from a clear sky without needing to create a thundercloud.
- Climate Control: Allows manipulation of natural phenomena on a global scale (at least planetary), such as creating monstrous earthquakes, horrific tsunamis, and incredibly powerful hurricanes. In some cases, it includes controlling the climate of other planets to either cause global catastrophes or make the climate suitable for life.
