Matter Manipulation is the ability to control the particles that make up matter and the bonds between them. This includes converting matter into energy, although a detailed explanation of the ability's applications should be provided.

The Scale

Molecular Manipulation

This is the ability to manipulate molecules and their bonds. These bonds include ionic (electrons are transferred), covalent (electrons are shared equally), polar covalent (electrons are shared unequally), diatomic (molecules consisting of only two atoms), and hydrogen bonds. Applications at this level include altering the nature of materials (e.g., changing the bonding of carbon chains to transform one hydrocarbon into another) or tearing opponents apart by severing the molecular bonds in their bodies. However, users cannot change existing elements, as this involves manipulating the nature of atoms rather than molecules.

Atomic Manipulation

The ability to manipulate individual atoms, ions, and isotopes. At this level, users can alter the nature and properties of atoms, enabling them to transmute one substance into another, destroy atoms to obliterate targets, and completely rearrange atomic structures to create virtually anything. Additionally, users may be able to control the radioactive decay within certain atoms and isotopes.

Sub-Atomic Manipulation

The ability to manipulate the protons and neutrons within atoms. However, the manipulation of electrons falls under Macro-Quantum Manipulation, as they are fundamental particles with no known substructure, playing crucial roles in principles such as the Pauli exclusion principle and the uncertainty principle, and are similar in size to quarks.

Macro-Quantum Manipulation

The ability to manipulate quarks, bosons (gluons, photons, Higgs bosons, etc.), and leptons (electrons, muons, positrons, tau particles, and neutrinos). This also includes the ability to alter other properties at this level, such as electron arrangement and spin.

Quantum Manipulation

The ability to manipulate 1D quantum strings and quantum foam, allowing the user to control the fundamental space-time packets that form our universe. The potential applications of this level are nearly unlimited, including the manipulation of space-time, matter, and energy fields. Some users may even be able to manipulate higher dimensions with this ability.
