Age manipulation is the ability to control the age of oneself, other organisms and/or objects. It can be used in a variety of ways, such as making a target much younger, turning them into a helpless child, or rapidly ageing others to old age and possibly even death. In some cases, this effect is so strong that it can turn the user's surroundings into dust.
