Power Bestowal

Power Bestowal is the ability to grant other beings or objects new abilities or enhance their existing abilities.
Note that the ability to bestow powers on others does not necessarily mean the character can bestow the same powers on themselves. It must be explicitly stated if the ability also allows the user to gain greater power.
