Dimensional Manipulation is the ability to manipulate dimensions beyond the standard three-dimensional space. Its possible applications include warping a target's dimensionality to higher or lower dimensions, phasing someone in and out of existence by altering their position in other dimensions, and making a target exist in multiple planes simultaneously, among many other capabilities.

Characters who can only move or physically handle higher- or lower-dimensional objects are classified as having "Limited Dimensional Manipulation."

Note that this ability is restricted to dimensions in a mathematical sense and does not include manipulations of hierarchical spaces equivalent to such, nor does it encompass affecting entire timelines, as this could be classified as an Attack Potency feat or a range feat for a particular ability without further context.
