The ability to possess near-complete knowledge of existence, referred to as Nigh-Omniscience, is a lesser version of true Omniscience.
Users with this ability have an expansive understanding of almost everything, though they are restricted by specific limitations. These constraints might include being unable to access certain details, being confined to knowledge of a single timeline or universe, or encountering gaps where information is missing or deliberately blocked. Despite their vast knowledge, these limitations preserve the user's sense of free will and the experience of uncertainty.
