Pain Manipulation

Pain Manipulation is the ability to control the pain experienced by others or by the user themselves, most often by inducing or intensifying it. This ability can be used to debilitate, distract, or incapacitate an opponent that the user might not otherwise be able to defeat. In some cases, strong pain manipulators may even kill their target outright, usually through shock.
Mechanisms:
- Nervous System Manipulation: Some characters control pain by manipulating the nervous system.
- Mental Assault: Others may achieve this through mental assault, potentially causing psychological harm.
- Soul Targeting: Particularly powerful users may target the soul itself to inflict pain.
