=== Learning of His Fate ===
As the conversation continued, Sandman explained to Osborn and Octopus that both of them had died fighting their respective Spider-Man. Doctor Octopus realized that his last memory before arriving in this universe was fighting his Spider-Man. Electro shared his own experience of his final fight with his Spider-Man but couldn't recall what happened when he was stuck in the grid, making him realize that he was about to die at that moment. Hearing this, Curt Connors asked Dillon if he had died.

At that moment, Doctor Strange teleported into the area with the Macchina di Kadavus, a device he intended to use to send the Multiversal visitors back to their respective universes. However, Dillon, Octopus, and Osborn resisted, knowing that they would face their deaths upon returning. As Strange prepared the Macchina, the villains became increasingly nervous and uneasy. Suddenly, Spider-Man stole the Macchina from Strange, initiating the Battle for the Macchina di Kadavus. After winning the battle, Spider-Man returned to the Sanctum's basement through an Inter-Dimensional Portal.

==== Spider-Man's Offer ====
Spider-Man offered to help the villains by fixing what happened to them so that when they returned to their universes, they would not die fighting their respective Spider-Man. Dillon, not wanting to die, especially at Strange's hands, asked Spider-Man what his plan was. MJ mentioned that she would use the Macchina if something went wrong, to which Dillon skeptically responded, questioning if they all believed her. After Ned and MJ left, Spider-Man asked who was willing to go along with his plan. Dillon agreed but warned that if things went sideways, he would fry Spider-Man from the inside out.
