== Personality ==
Rose is a highly intelligent, deceitful, manipulative and rather obsessive woman. Her clothing style is quite quirky and she wears very bright colours. At the beginning of the series, she was just one of Charlie's one-night stands, but she quickly developed into his stalker. She is obsessive and loves and loathes Charlie at the same time. She can be very vindictive. [[Berta (Two and a Half Men)|Berta]], Charlie, [[Jake Harper|Jake]] and [[Alan Harper|Alan]] have labelled her "crazy" She has single-handedly created an entire website about her hatred for Charlie, taped his testicles to his left thigh, glued a homemade car to Alan's scrotum, dressed up as a bride to scare Charlie's fiancée [[Mia (Two and a Half Men)|Mia]], and pretended to be pregnant to scare away Walden Schmidt's girlfriend. Rose's stalking has apparently gotten so bad that Charlie has placed a restraining order on her, which she constantly violates. She even went so far as to commit attempted murder when she tried to push her new fiancé Charlie under a train and then held him in a hole that resembled Buffalo Bill for four years.

In a surprising turn of events, Rose possesses the education required to become a certified therapist, and she carried out counseling sessions with Alan and Charlie. She shares a close bond with [[Evelyn Harper|Evelyn]] and has also looked after Jake when he was a child.

Rose stands out from the other girls in Charlie's circle because she's far from being dumb. In fact, she's quite cunning, managing to pull off a whole sham wedding and relocate to his beachfront property in Malibu, hoping to win Charlie's heart back. She's also remarkably patient, arranging for a one-night stand to become sick so she could take care of him. She even came up with a fake boyfriend to get a date out of him. Following Charlie's supposed death, Rose developed feelings for Walden Schmidt and was welcomed into his home. However, when Walden got back together with his ex-girlfriend, Rose was furious and ended their relationship. During Christmas, Rose gifted Walden and Alan a cuckoo clock, without them knowing it secretly recorded their conversations.
