==Biography==

===Background===
Recoome, like the other members of the Ginyu Force, developed his special powers during his childhood. He practiced dance, which contributed to his agility and the various battle poses he would later become known for. Eventually, Recoome was recruited into the Ginyu Force, an elite team of mercenaries under the command of [[Frieza|Frieza.]]

===Dragon Ball Z===

====Frieza Saga====
Recoome and the Ginyu Force were summoned by [[Frieza]] to assist him on Namek. Their mission was to retrieve the Dragon Balls and eliminate any opposition, including [[Vegeta]], [[Krillin]], and [[Gohan]], who were trying to use the Dragon Balls to grant [[Vegeta]] immortality. After arriving on Namek, the Ginyu Force decided who would face which opponent through a game of Rock-Paper-Scissors. Recoome won and chose to fight Vegeta.

In the ensuing battle, [[Vegeta]] attempted several powerful attacks and strategies, but Recoome emerged unscathed, though his Battle Armor was destroyed. Despite [[Vegeta|Vegeta']]<nowiki/>s best efforts, Recoome overpowered him, leaving him severely wounded. Just as Recoome was about to finish off Vegeta with his Eraser Gun, Krillin and Gohan intervened, saving Vegeta from certain death.

Recoome, angered by Krillin's interference, retaliated by severely injuring him with a single kick to the head. He then turned his attention to Gohan, whom he admired for his bravery. However, Recoome ultimately showed no mercy, brutally injuring Gohan by cracking his neck with a powerful kick. As Recoome prepared to finish off the three warriors, [[Goku]] arrived on the battlefield.

Unfazed by Goku's arrival, Recoome mocked him and prepared to unleash his most powerful attack, the Recoome Ultra Fighting Bomber. However, Goku quickly incapacitated Recoome with a single blow to the stomach, leaving him unconscious. Later, after Goku defeated the remaining members of the Ginyu Force, Vegeta killed the unconscious Recoome with a powerful Energy Wave.

Recoome later appeared on [[King Kai]]'s Planet along with the other deceased members of the Ginyu Force (except for Captain Ginyu, who was still alive). There, he encountered [[Tien]] Shinhan, [[Chiaotzu]], and [[Yamcha]]. Despite his previous strength, Recoome was quickly defeated by Yamcha, who had grown much stronger from his training on King Kai's Planet. Yamcha dispatched Recoome using his Ki Blast Thrust technique, sending him and the rest of the Ginyu Force to Hell.

====Majin Buu Saga====
In the [[Majin Buu]] Saga of the anime, Recoome appears in Hell after the [[Grand Kai]] informs Goku and [[Pikkon]] of the chaos spreading there. Along with the other members of the Ginyu Force, Frieza, [[King Cold]], and [[Cell]], Recoome attempts to seize control of Hell by threatening the resident ogres. However, Goku and Pikkon arrive to restore order. Recoome, along with the rest of the Ginyu Force, attacks Goku simultaneously but is easily defeated. Goku knocks Recoome unconscious with a single elbow strike to the back of the neck, sending him into a blood pond. Pikkon then uses his Hyper Tornado technique to create a whirlpool that sweeps the villains up and drops them onto a mountain of needles, impaling them.

Later, Recoome and the others are imprisoned in a cell in Hell. In the Funimation dub, while in the cell, Recoome suggests an arm-wrestling challenge to the other villains, but they all respond with a resounding "shut up!" (In the Ocean Group dubs, they simply say "NO!"). Recoome is later seen with the other past villains watching the final battle between [[Majin Buu|Kid Buu]] and Goku on a giant crystal ball.

Recoome appears as an illusion in the when Goku and Krillin are sent into a forest to retrieve a special herb for [[Master Roshi]]. The illusion of Recoome, along with other past villains from the Z-Fighters' history, challenges Goku and Krillin during their quest.

====Broly:====
Recoome and the rest of the Ginyu Force are present during King Cold and Frieza's visit to Planet Vegeta. They accompany King Cold and Frieza as they inform the Saiyan Army of King Cold's retirement and his decision to hand over control of his empire to Frieza.

===Super Dragon Ball Heroes===

====Supreme Kai of Time Saga:====
Recoome participates in the Super Space-Time Tournament alongside the rest of the Ginyu Force. In the manga, Recoome, [[Jeice]], and Guldo team up with several other villains, including Commander Zeeun, Wings, Angila, Yamu, Spopovich, and [[Yakon]], to take on Yamcha, but they are all defeated in a single blow by [[Jiren]]. Recoome's energy wave is also kicked away by [[Salza]] during the battle. As a result of their team failing to advance to the second round, Recoome and his space-time are erased.

====Demon Invader Saga:====
In one specific Space-Time, Recoome is absorbed by [[Majin Ozotto]].

===Dragon Ball GT===

====Super 17 Saga:====
Recoome makes a brief appearance in Dragon Ball GT during the [[Super 17]] Saga. He is seen flying out of Hell along with a large number of other villains during a news broadcast.

===Film Appearances===

====Fusion Reborn:====
Recoome escapes from Hell along with [[Burter]], Jeice, and several other previous villains, only to be defeated and sent back to Hell once again.
