The ability to heal wounds at an accelerated rate allows many characters to recover from injuries that would be fatal to a normal human.

This power varies in potency, ranging from faster natural healing to regrowing body parts or even a detached head. Higher levels of regeneration enable characters to survive destruction that would be lethal to others, such as being blown apart, reduced to a single cell, or vaporized.

It's important to note that having regeneration doesn't guarantee recovery from less severe damage. If a character can only regenerate from specific levels of destruction, this should be included in their profile. Regeneration that involves reviving a character without total destruction of their physical and non-physical aspects should not be classified as godly, as this falls under resurrection rather than complete reforming of the body.

Regeneration Types

  • Low: Faster healing of normal wounds that typically take days, weeks, or months, sometimes just seconds. For machines, this involves recovering from exterior damage.
  • Mid-Low: Healing of wounds that leave scars, such as severe burns or deep injuries. For machines, this includes recovering from dents and openings.
  • High-Low: Ability to regrow detached fingers, toes, or minor organ damage. For machines, this means regaining some internal damage or minor critically damaged parts.
  • Low-Mid: Regrowth of lost limbs, limited brain damage, and severe organ destruction, including traditionally fatal wounds. For machines, this involves regenerating minor parts and more extensive internal damage.
  • Mid: Regenerating from decapitation or severe brain damage. For machines, this includes restoring critical parts like the engine.
  • High-Mid: Recovery from being blown or cut to pieces, including the brain, or from a small body part.
  • Low-High: Rebirth from having no solid body parts left, ranging from a puddle of blood to a single cell. For machines, this includes regenerating from a liquid state.
  • Mid-High: Revival after complete incineration, including being reduced to ash, dust, or vapor.
  • High: Return from a few scattered molecules or sub-atomic particles.
  • Low-Godly: Regeneration from complete physical destruction, restoring the body from disembodied consciousness or non-physical aspects.
  • Mid-Godly: Restoration after the complete erasure of body, mind, and soul.
  • High-Godly: Recovery after erasure of body, mind, soul, and at least one other fundamental aspect of existence, which is essential for the character's existence.
