The ability to manipulate electricity involves controlling the energy generated by the movement of charged particles, which constitutes one half of the force of electromagnetism. This power has various applications, including controlling electrical fields, summoning bolts of lightning to electrocute opponents, powering electrical devices, creating thunderstorms, and harnessing electricity itself for energy.

Despite its versatility and strength, electricity has limitations and can be insulated by non-conductive materials like rubber.

Note:

In real life, high-amplitude electricity can atrophy nerves (causing paralysis) and interfere with the functions of organs such as the heart and brain. Due to this, it would likely bypass the durability of characters made from sufficiently conductive materials. However, as electricity seldom behaves this way in fiction, this doesn't apply to electrical attacks that do not have a stated amplitude or have not demonstrated these effects.
