Adhesive Manipulation is the ability to control and use sticky substances like glue, webs, or gel. This power is often employed to slow down or restrain opponents, making it extremely difficult, if not impossible, for them to move. Generally, this ability can be countered by sufficient Lifting Strength.
Using this ability to climb walls or similar surfaces should be classified under Surface Scaling.
