Creation

From The Character Database

Creation is the ability to create something out of nothing without manipulating existing things.

Possible uses

The user can create organic or inorganic matter from nothing, either as finished objects or simply as unfinished elements. As long as it can be defined as an object, the user has the power to make it a reality.

Scaling

Note that this only applies to the character's ability to harm other characters if its creation is tied to his other abilities; for example, a mage who can conjure a city with little mana can destroy a city with the same amount of mana, but a character who can create objects without harming his opponents in other ways would not be able to use that power to harm another character, and would fall under a mild form of environmental destruction.

Implied Powers

When creating large and varied objects, such as planets, galaxies, and universes, you should list creation only as an ability, without listing separate abilities for each object created. For example, the creation of a galaxy probably includes the creation of black holes, but the creation of black holes should not be listed separately. An exception would be if the object in question is of particular importance to the character's fighting style, i.e. if the character shoots black holes at his opponents, for example.
