The ability to move instantly from one place to another without physically occupying the space in between.

This is often a form of spatial manipulation, quantum manipulation or magic. In some cases, it is possible to move not only in space but also in time, between dimensions, parallel worlds and metaphysical planes. This also includes all types of pseudo-teleportation.

Possible Uses

  • Teleporting an opponent into the distance (a black hole, another dimension, a parallel world, into the past, etc.) or teleporting an opponent to his own attack.
  • Teleporting an opponent's attacks (either far away or back to the opponent).
  • Ignoring external factors (by teleporting to another place / time / dimension in time).
  • Teleporting parts of the opponent's body or teleporting foreign objects into the opponent's body.

Types of Teleportation

  • Pseudo-teleportation: Imitation of teleportation achieved through very short bursts of high-speed movement, significantly faster than the character's normal speed. This may also involve temporary transformation into a lightning, light, energy, or astral entity, allowing the character to partially ignore obstacles.
  • Teleportation in Space: Instant or nearly instantaneous movement within space. This can occur through spatial distortion (including spatial portals) or as a side effect of dimensional quantum teleportation or time travel.
  • Dimensional Teleportation: Movement between different dimensions or universes. In advanced cases, this can include navigation between multiverses and hyperverses.
  • Quantum Teleportation: Teleportation achieved through the quantum states of the object being teleported. In advanced scenarios, it can mimic omnipresence.
  • Time Travel: Instant or nearly instant travel through time. As a side effect, it simulates spatial teleportation because the character moves a certain distance in the past or future and reappears in a different point in space upon returning to their original time.
  • Magic Teleportation: Instant or nearly instantaneous spatial movement achieved through magic spells, potions, or artifacts, often ignoring the laws of physics, logic, and common sense.
  • Self-targeted Teleportation: Standard teleportation that allows the character to move themselves through space, time, or dimensions.
  • Teleportation of Objects: The ability to teleport oneself and other objects, enabling actions like throwing an enemy into a volcano, the sun, another dimension, or outer void.
  • Exchange: The ability to swap places with another object, usually limited to the condition that the second object is needed to move in space.
