Vegeta (ベジータ, Bejīta), more precisely known as Vegeta IV (ベジータ四世, Bejīta Yonsei) and widely recognized as Prince Vegeta (ベジータ王子, Bejīta Ōji), is the prince of the fallen Saiyan race. He is married to Bulma and is the father of Trunks and Bulla. He is the eldest son of King Vegeta.
In the context of Super Dragon Ball Heroes, fans often refer to him as "CC Vegeta". This version of Vegeta is a key protagonist in the game's original storyline and features prominently in the Universe Mission, Big Bang Mission, and Ultra God Mission arcs.
CC Vegeta's experiences include the events of the anime versions of Dragon Ball (DB), Dragon Ball Z (DBZ), several DBZ movies (notably the Cooler movies and Bojack Unbound), as well as Dragon Ball Super (DBS) and the DBS Broly movie.
Appearance[edit | edit source]
In Super Dragon Ball Heroes, during the Prison Planet Saga, Vegeta returns to wearing an outfit reminiscent of his attire from Resurrection 'F' and the Universe 6 Saga. This version of his armor features the Capsule Corp logo instead of Whis' symbol. The armor includes small white hip guards and lacks the horizontal lines across the stomach plate.
In the latest missions of Super Dragon Ball Heroes, there are notable updates to Vegeta's appearance. The previously gray sections of his armor have changed to a bright blue, closely resembling the color of Vegeta's traditional bodysuit from earlier Dragon Ball series. This updated look reflects his continued evolution and adaptation within the Heroes' storyline.

Prison Planet Saga[edit | edit source]
In the Super Dragon Ball Heroes anime, after the Universe Survival Saga, Vegeta and Goku resume their training with Whis on Beerus' Planet. Future Trunks and Future Mai travel back in time, with Future Trunks joining Vegeta and Goku in their training. However, Future Trunks is soon kidnapped and taken to the Prison Planet. It’s only after a mysterious figure named Fu informs them of Trunks’ location that Goku, Vegeta, and Future Mai set off to rescue him.
Upon arriving on the Prison Planet, they encounter Xeno Goku. They soon uncover Fu's true intentions: to gather a group of fighters from various timelines and have them battle to collect the seven Special Dragon Balls, the key to escaping the planet. Shortly after Xeno Goku departs, Vegeta and Goku sense a formidable presence—an evil Saiyan named Cumber.
Cumber immediately attacks, and as Goku and Vegeta confront him, Cumber's Evil Aura triggers a transformation in Goku, turning him into Super Saiyan: Berserk, causing him to lose control and attack Vegeta. The arrival of Trunks and Cooler helps bring Goku back to his senses, and Future Mai throws them a pair of Potara earrings provided by Shin. Using the Potara, Goku and Vegeta fuse to become Vegito.
Despite Vegito's power, the intense battle with Cumber drains their energy, causing them to separate back into Goku and Vegeta. They then witness Cumber transform into a Golden Great Ape. Even after transforming into Super Saiyan, Goku and Vegeta struggle against the immense power of the Great Ape, with Vegeta eventually reverting to his normal form. Goku continues the fight solo until Xeno Goku and Xeno Vegeta arrive to assist. Together, they engage Cumber and Fu in battle.
As the Time Patrollers face setbacks against Cumber, Vegeta helps Goku recover, enabling him to re-enter the battle in his Ultra Instinct form. With the planet nearing destruction, Xeno Goku uses his Instant Transmission to teleport everyone, except Goku, back to Beerus' Planet, ensuring their safety.
Universal Conflict Saga[edit | edit source]
In Super Dragon Ball Heroes, the Universal Conflict Saga begins with Fuwa, the Supreme Kai from Universe 6, arriving on Beerus' Planet to inform Vegeta of a new and mysterious enemy causing chaos in his universe. Eager to confront this threat, Vegeta demands to be taken to the battlefield. Accompanied by his son, Trunks, they travel to Planet Sadala to aid Hit, Cabba, Kale, and Caulifla in their struggle against the formidable twins, Oren and Kamin.
Upon arriving, Vegeta transforms into a Super Saiyan and engages Oren and Kamin in battle. However, the twins soon reveal their true intentions. They possess the bodies of Kale and Caulifla by entering their wounds. After possessing Kale, Kamin defeats Cabba and turns her sights on Vegeta. Vegeta instructs Future Trunks to fight without hesitation, even if it means harming their possessed allies.
Hit rejoins the fray, teaming up with Future Trunks to buy Vegeta time. Vegeta powers up a Final Flash, aiming to strike the Tuffleized Saiyans. Just before the blast hits, Oren and Kamin exit their hosts, causing the attack to land on Vegeta's allies instead. Vegeta and the others are then pinned to the ground by a powerful gravitational force generated by Hearts, the mastermind behind the conflict. When Hearts probes Hit's mind and deems Jiren the most powerful mortal, Vegeta is visibly annoyed, feeling the Saiyans are being underestimated.
Goku uses Instant Transmission to transport Vegeta and Trunks to Universe 11. Shortly after their arrival, Oren reappears and possesses Vegeta's body. Despite his injuries, Vegeta is eventually freed from Oren's control thanks to Goku's intervention. He watches as Goku takes on both Kamin and Oren. When Hearts summons Lagss to assist in attacking Goku, Vegeta attempts to intervene but is blocked by Kamioren, the fusion of Kamin and Oren. Vegeta transforms into Super Saiyan Blue and battles Kamioren but is knocked to the ground.
Not deterred, Vegeta rises again, this time transforming into Super Saiyan God SS Evolved. He charges at Kamioren with renewed vigor, swiftly turning the tide of battle. Overwhelming Kamioren with a relentless barrage of energy and physical attacks, he finishes with a powerful Final Flash, causing the fusion to split back into Kamin and Oren. Impressed by Vegeta's strength, the separated twins acknowledge his power. Vegeta then attempts to attack Hearts directly but is subdued by Hearts' Gravity Burst.
In the midst of the chaos, Shin unexpectedly arrives. Taking advantage of the distraction, Goku uses Instant Transmission to teleport everyone to safety. Vegeta and the rest of the Dragon Team arrive in Universe 7, ready to confront the Core Area Warriors. Transforming into Super Saiyan, Vegeta immediately charges into battle, but is intercepted by Kamin and Oren, who seek revenge for their previous defeat.
As the fight intensifies, Piccolo and Android 17 step in to assist, allowing Vegeta to advance and help his son, Future Trunks, in his struggle against Fused Zamasu. During the battle, Vegeta becomes momentarily distracted by Hearts' emerging power, leaving him vulnerable to a surprise attack. Despite this setback, he quickly recovers and joins Piccolo and Android 17 to take on the newly empowered Kamioren.
Even with their combined efforts, their attacks prove ineffective against Kamioren, who retaliates with a powerful energy blast, knocking Vegeta out of his Super Saiyan Blue form and leaving him grounded. During Goku's clash with Kamioren, Vegeta and the other Dragon Team members support Goku by launching a coordinated energy barrage against the fused Neo Machine Mutant. Ultimately, Kamioren is destroyed.
As Hearts merges with the Universe Seed, Vegeta tries to blast him, but Fused Zamasu deflects the attack and incapacitates Vegeta with a single blow to the stomach. With Hearts emerging in a new, more powerful form, he quickly eliminates Zamasu and prepares to face the remaining fighters.
Hearts attacks the Dragon Team with a barrage of green orbs, trapping them in a confined space. He then strikes down Vegeta and the others with a single blow, humiliating Vegeta but not breaking his spirit. Despite the relentless assault, they manage to stand back up. Goku suggests they fuse to counter Hearts’ overwhelming power. Initially hesitant, Vegeta reluctantly agrees. As the others hold off Hearts, Goku and Vegeta use the Potara earrings to fuse into Gogeta.
Gogeta engages in an intense battle with Hearts and ultimately defeats him, restoring peace to the Earth. After the battle, Jiren asks why they didn't use fusion during the Tournament of Power. Before Gogeta can respond, he splits back into Goku and Vegeta. Vegeta explains that he prefers not to fuse with Goku unless absolutely necessary. Goku laughs off Vegeta’s reluctance, quipping that next time, he will handle the enemy solo.
Universe Creation Saga[edit | edit source]
In the Universe Creation Saga of Super Dragon Ball Heroes, Vegeta finds himself amidst another cosmic upheaval. While at Capsule Corporation, Goku, Gohan, Piccolo, Krillin, and Android 17 become fascinated by the sudden appearance of a mysterious bird named Tokitoki. Vegeta, uninterested in the commotion, focuses on his training.
Suddenly, a bright light engulfs the area, and Xeno Trunks and Xeno Pan appear. Vegeta clarifies to a bewildered Goku that this version of Trunks comes from another dimension. The situation escalates quickly when the Gods of Destruction arrive, ready to obliterate everyone due to Beerus' prophecy that a peculiar bird would emerge in Universe 7 and threaten all universes. Beerus intervenes, insisting on handling his universe's crisis himself.
Goku and Vegeta transform into Super Saiyan Blue and confront Beerus, engaging him in a brief but intense skirmish. Vegeta is quickly overpowered and blasted away. The clash is abruptly halted by the arrival of Xeno Goku and Xeno Vegeta, who reveal the ominous Universe Tree's roots. Moments later, Fu appears and unveils his sinister plan to create a new universe using the Universe Tree, a process that would drain energy from existing planets and life forms, leading to their destruction.
Fu vanishes, and Beerus unleashes his full power to temporarily halt the Universe Tree from absorbing energy. Realizing that Beerus cannot sustain this effort indefinitely, Goku, Vegeta, and Xeno Trunks set out to locate Fu and thwart his scheme.
Xeno Pan and Tokitoki accompany them, and they eventually track down a location where they suspect Fu will emerge. However, before Fu appears, they are confronted by Turles and Bojack, who are allied with Fu and seek revenge for their past defeats. Vegeta transforms into Super Saiyan Blue and battles Bojack, who has gained significant power.
During the fight, Fu arrives, prompting Goku and Vegeta to try and face him. However, they are ambushed by energy blasts from Turles and Bojack, who prevent them from pursuing Fu. As the battle rages on, Dogidogi, under Fu's command, flaps his wings, immobilizing Goku and the others. Taking advantage of the situation, Fu captures Tokitoki and escapes through a space-time distortion, leaving Vegeta and his allies frozen in place and their mission in jeopardy.
New Space-Time War Saga[edit | edit source]
In Fu's New Space-Time, Vegeta finds himself transported to an alternate Planet Vegeta, atop its palace. Here, he is caught in a fierce three-way battle with Turles and Cumber. Both of his opponents are using Evil Aura to bolster their strength, leaving Vegeta, even in his Super Saiyan Blue form, struggling to keep up.
During the battle, the Crimson-Masked Saiyan reveals himself to be Goku Black, surprising Vegeta. He recalls that Fused Zamasu was previously annihilated by Hearts, making Goku Black's appearance unexpected. Vegeta's moment of confusion is cut short as Turles seizes the opportunity to attack him, infusing him with Evil Aura. This malevolent energy causes Vegeta to relive memories of his past ruthlessness, including the brutal destruction of Nappa and Namekian villagers, as well as his own death at Frieza's hands. His memories then shift to the moment when Goku fought Majin Buu, and he reflects on Goku's pure-hearted nature.
With a renewed sense of clarity, Vegeta rejects the notion that evil defines the Saiyan race. He harnesses the power of the Evil Aura and converts it into his own strength, much to Turles's astonishment. Declaring that the true essence of a Saiyan is the relentless drive to fight and grow stronger, Vegeta denounces Turles's beliefs and strikes him down.
Turning his focus to Cumber, Vegeta asserts that in the heat of battle, the concepts of good and evil become irrelevant. He then launches a powerful Galick Gun, overpowering Cumber and forcing him back. After the battle, Vegeta addresses the defeated Turles, suggesting that if he still holds any Saiyan pride, he should train and return for another fight. Turles, humbled, admits that returning to his roots as a low-class warrior might not be so bad after all.
With Turles and Cumber dealt with, Vegeta's attention shifts to Goku Black, who is holding a severely injured Goku by the neck. As Vegeta charges up another Galick Gun, the Crimson-Masked Saiyan throws Goku aside. Goku Black, eyeing Vegeta, recalls Fu's comments about Vegeta's current form, hinting that Vegeta's body's limits will soon hinder him. Just as Vegeta is about to unleash his attack, he collapses to his knees, unable to maintain his Super Saiyan God Super Saiyan (Berserk Controlled) state. Goku Black smugly notes that Vegeta has yet to master this power.
Before the battle can escalate further, Cell arrives unexpectedly, and with his intervention, Vegeta and the others are teleported back to Earth, narrowly escaping the destruction of the planet by the Crimson-Masked Saiyan. Following the battle on Planet Vegeta, Vegeta and the others regroup with Gohan's team in a nearby cavern. Vegeta questions Cell's presence, only to learn that Cell is aiding in the fight against the Crimson-Masked Saiyan, much to Vegeta's skepticism. Shroom, Salsa, and Putine arrive, explaining that Cell's assistance is crucial in defeating their powerful adversary. To prepare for the upcoming battle, Shroom and the demons create a chamber similar to the Hyperbolic Time Chamber. Inside, Goku and Vegeta confront phantoms resembling foes from their past battles. They undergo intense training, striving to master Vegeta's newly acquired power within the limited time available.
Emerging from the training chamber, Goku and Vegeta make their way to West City, where they face the formidable Super Saiyan Rosé 3 Crimson-Masked Saiyan. Together, they initially gain the upper hand, with Goku landing a powerful blow that sends their opponent crashing into a building. However, the Crimson-Masked Saiyan transforms into his Super Saiyan Rosé Full Power state, overwhelming Vegeta in battle.
Realizing they are outmatched individually, Vegeta and Goku fuse once again to form Gogeta. The fusion proves effective as Gogeta battles and ultimately defeats the powerful adversary, restoring peace.
After the Warrior in Black Clothes utilizes the Dragon Balls, Vegeta finds himself back in the Crack of Time. Once again, he fuses with Goku into Gogeta to confront the empowered Fu. However, their fusion is short-lived as Fu intervenes, hurling Vegeta and Xeno Vegeta into a dark vortex to prevent further fusions.
Supreme Kai of Time Saga[edit | edit source]
Vegeta participates in the Space-Time Tournament, hosted by Aeos, where he teams up with Goku, Gohan, Piccolo, Yamcha, Hit, and Jiren. On the battlefield, he confronts an unidentified opponent.
In the first round, Vegeta's team successfully advances. In the second round, Vegeta, along with Hit and Yamcha, is dispatched to Planet Glass. There, they encounter Vidro of the Glass People, who creates Glass Soldiers to impede them. Unwilling to waste time on minions, Vegeta charges through the soldiers and focuses on Vidro herself, transforming into Super Saiyan Blue. He later faces a clone of Vidro, initially blocked by a barrier, but overcomes her after powering up into Blue Evolved and using a Final Flash.
At the Time Nest, Vegeta intervenes by firing a Final Flash at Demigra to protect the injured Goku. They later fuse into Vegito to combat Demigra, but the fusion wears off, leaving Vegeta vulnerable to a blast from Demigra that incapacitates him.
After Demigra's defeat, the tournament continues, with Vegeta in his Super Saiyan God SS Evolved form engaging Xeno Vegeta, who is in Super Full Power Saiyan 4 Limit Breaker form. Their battle escalates into a beam struggle, where neither's Final Flash seems to gain the upper hand over the other.
Demon Invader Saga[edit | edit source]
After the conclusion of the Super Space-Time Tournament, Vegeta and his companions attempt to return to Earth, only to discover that the planet has mysteriously vanished. They seek answers on King Kai's Planet, where they confront Majin Ozotto, who reveals that he has devoured Earth along with King Kai and others. Vegeta transforms into Super Saiyan Blue and joins Goku and Xeno Trunks in battling Ozotto, but the exhaustion from the tournament leaves them outmatched. As Ozotto increases his power, Chronoa intervenes using the Time Scrolls to force a temporary retreat. After recuperating, Vegeta and the group track Ozotto to Namek, but they arrive too late to prevent him from consuming all the Namekians. Ozotto then challenges them to his palace, where he proposes a test: each must enter one of five rooms and defeat a clone of himself to save those absorbed by Ozotto.
Inside, Vegeta, in his Super Saiyan Blue form, battles a clone who initially gains the upper hand. The clone transforms into Janemba, overwhelming Vegeta briefly before he rises again, transforming into Super Saiyan God SS Evolved. With a powerful Final Flash, Vegeta defeats the Ozotto clone.
Following this intense battle, Vegeta and Goku unexpectedly find themselves confronting Ozotto again after he absorbs Gohan. Exhausted from their previous fights, Vegeta gives Goku a Potara earring, and they fuse into Vegito to confront Ozotto once more. Together as Vegito, they defeat Ozotto and subsequently defuse.
