Bandages the Mummy is a tall, muscular figure entirely wrapped in white bandages from head to toe, with only his eyes and parts of his face occasionally visible. His face resembles both Bongo and Android 8, with a broad nose and menacing, furrowed brow. The bandages make him look imposing and give him a classic mummy-like appearance, enhancing his undead aura.

Bandages has a stoic and intimidating demeanor, fitting his undead status and his role as one of Fortuneteller Baba’s fighters. He displays a calm confidence in battle, using both speed and brute strength. However, he isn’t just a brutal fighter; he shows a unique personality outside combat, as he enjoys sewing and prefers sleeping in a coffin over a regular bed. He also dislikes bathing, adding a humorous dimension to his otherwise ominous character.

Bandages was born around 800 years before the events of the Fortuneteller Baba Saga in Dragon Ball.

Fortuneteller Baba Saga[edit | edit source]
Bandages is the third fighter summoned by Fortuneteller Baba in her tournament. He battles in an arena known as the Devil’s Toilet.
Yamcha is the first to face him, and although Yamcha initially thinks Bandages will be slow due to his large size, Bandages surprises him with speed and strength. Bandages ultimately overpowers Yamcha, forcing him to surrender after choking him.
When Goku faces Bandages, he proves to be much more resilient. Goku manages to withstand Bandages' attacks and escape from his constricting bandages. Eventually, Goku defeats him with a punch to the stomach, advancing to face Spike the Devil Man in the next round.
Dragon Ball Z[edit | edit source]
Majin Buu Saga:[edit | edit source]
Bandages makes a brief appearance during the Kid Buu Saga. Alongside Spike the Devil Man, he donates energy to Goku’s Super Spirit Bomb, aiding in the battle against Kid Buu.
