Harmira
Harmira (ハーミラ Hāmira) is a warrior from Universe 2 and a member of Team Universe 2 in the Dragon Ball Super anime. He is a sharp, tactical combatant known for his calculated strategies and ability to turn seemingly unfavorable situations to his advantage.

Appearance
Harmira is a green-skinned, muscular humanoid with a beak-like jaw, small reptilian nostrils, pointed ears, and long orange hair. He wears red briefs and matching boots and is equipped with wrist-mounted cannons used to fire powerful energy blasts.
Personality
Like his partner Prum, Harmira is highly strategic in battle. He is skilled at baiting opponents, often pretending to be defeated in order to launch a surprise counterattack. He values love above all else, consistent with the ideals of Universe 2, believing it gives him strength.
Harmira is clever and deceptive, demonstrated during his battle with Tien Shinhan when he faked vulnerability to charge an attack. He also showed a lack of sportsmanship, mocking Tien’s sincere praise after exploiting the moment to his advantage. Despite this, Harmira revealed a more emotional side when Universe 2 was restored, shedding tears of joy with his comrades as their universe cheered for their return.
Biography
Dragon Ball Super – Universe Survival Saga
Harmira teams up with Prum during the Tournament of Power. Utilizing Prum’s ability to reflect energy and observe targets, Harmira snipes from afar using his precise energy blasts. Initially targeting Gohan and Piccolo, they are later disrupted by Tien Shinhan, who creates clones to locate Harmira. Tien eliminates three clones in the process, and Harmira pretends to be out of energy, luring Tien into a trap. He successfully knocks Tien off the arena with a charged blast — only for Tien’s surviving clone to grab and drag Harmira off as well, eliminating them both.
Later, Harmira is seen on the bench beside Prum, nursing injuries from his earlier battle. He supports Ribrianne by raising his Love Wand during her fight against Android 18, lending energy alongside the rest of Universe 2.
When Zirloin, Rabanra, and Zarbuto are eliminated by Super Saiyan Blue Goku, Harmira and his teammates accept their fate. Before being erased, they share one final heartfelt message of love with the remaining universes. He is erased alongside his team and universe.
Harmira is later revived when Android 17 uses the Super Dragon Balls to restore the erased universes. He is shown tearfully celebrating with the rest of Universe 2 as they’re greeted with a warm welcome.

Attacks and Techniques
- Sniper Shots – Harmira fires razor-precise, high-intensity laser blasts from his wrist cannons. These attacks are noted by Piccolo to be similar to his Special Beam Cannon, composed of highly concentrated ki.
- Multiplied Beams – When shooting at Prum’s reflective drones, Harmira’s blasts can ricochet and travel long distances to strike distant opponents.

- His name is derived from harami, a Japanese word for skirt steak.
- Harmira and Prum are the only members of Team Universe 2 who do not participate in the Kamikaze Fireballs’ transformation sequence.
- In Episode 96, Harmira’s design briefly appears more mammalian before becoming more reptilian in later episodes.
- His design closely resembles Blanka from Street Fighter, sharing traits like green skin, a muscular build, long orange hair, and pointed ears.
