Appearance

Monna is a rotund, green-skinned humanoid female fighter with features reminiscent of Ribrianne. She has indigo hair styled into two large ponytails and wears a yellow suit with red bands around the neck and armholes. Her outfit also includes a white belt, blue shorts, yellow gloves with orange bands, and clover-shaped boots.

Personality

Monna is self-assured in her abilities, often to the point of arrogance. She confidently challenges multiple opponents, including Cabba, Kale, and Caulifla, all at once. Her overconfidence borders on sadism, as seen when she taunts Cabba by threatening to break his arms and insulting both him and the Saiyan race. She also mocks Vegeta, claiming he is weak and cowardly, demonstrating her lack of awareness of power levels. Monna’s inability to sense Cabba's strength after he transforms into a Super Saiyan 2 further highlights her underestimation of others. Her dismissive and condescending nature makes her a formidable yet flawed competitor in the Tournament of Power.

Monna is introduced with her teammates during Team Universe 4's roll call for the Tournament of Power. She later appears alongside fighters such as Goku, Vegeta, and Dyspo during the announcement of Team Universe 9's elimination and erasure. During the chaos of Kale's Legendary Super Saiyan rampage, Monna avoids her Blaster Meteor attack alongside other fighters, including Obni, Xiangca, and Za Priccio. She is also briefly shown battling Rubalt and firing energy blasts at an unseen opponent.

Monna is seen engaging Pancéa in combat but pauses to observe Jiren and Goku's intense battle. Later, she joins Xiangca and Roasie in witnessing the Spirit Bomb's expansion and ultimate dispersal.

Monna challenges Kale and Caulifla, but Cabba steps in, urging them to conserve their strength. She fights Cabba evenly until he transforms into a Super Saiyan. Outmatched, Monna enlarges her body to crush him. She momentarily gains the upper hand, knocking Cabba toward the arena's edge, but Vegeta intervenes, swatting Monna away with a ki blast to save Cabba. Enraged by her arrogance and insults toward Saiyans, Cabba transforms into Super Saiyan 2 and overpowers Monna, knocking her out of the arena.

After her defeat, Quitela expresses surprise at Monna losing to someone as seemingly unimposing as Cabba. Monna watches the remainder of the Tournament of Power from Universe 4's bench. After Damom's defeat, she is erased along with the rest of Universe 4.

Monna is later revived when Android 17 uses the Super Dragon Balls to restore all erased universes.
