Concept and Creation[edit | edit source]
Kahseral was created by Toei Animation and bears a strong resemblance to General Zeu from Sand Land, a manga by Akira Toriyama. Although unconfirmed, it is likely that Kahseral’s design was inspired by Zeu. In the Sand Land anime adaptation, Zeu's coloration was altered to match Kahseral’s appearance.
Appearance[edit | edit source]
Kahseral is a tan-skinned humanoid with a partially cybernetic face, including a robotic red eye and a metallic ear. His other ear features a communication device, and his head is shaved. He is often seen wearing a red beret.
In the anime, Kahseral initially wears a sleeveless green tunic with gold trimmings, green armbands, a silver-buckled belt, and dark pants, paired with black-and-white boots. He occasionally dons sunglasses. During the Tournament of Power, he wears the standard Pride Troopers uniform, which he always wears in the manga.
Personality
Kahseral is a dedicated and compassionate leader who deeply cares for his comrades. He demonstrates this by attempting to lift Toppo’s spirits before the Tournament of Power and prioritizing saving lives over following orders, such as rescuing a stranded animal during an emergency. As a fighter, Kahseral values fairness and prefers to avoid overwhelming opponents with numbers unless absolutely necessary.
Confident in his abilities, Kahseral finds it laughable to think he could be defeated by the likes of Androids 17 and 18. His battlefield experience makes him calm and strategic, even in dire situations, such as when Kale gains control over her Legendary Super Saiyan form. Kahseral quickly adapts to negative changes in battle, retreating to reevaluate tactics when necessary.
Biography[edit | edit source]
Dragon Ball Super[edit | edit source]
Universe Survival Saga[edit | edit source]
Kahseral is introduced as one of the Pride Troopers summoned to defend Universe 11 in the Tournament of Power. Before the tournament, he comforts Top, encouraging him to present a confident demeanor befitting a leader. The two are called to action alongside Dyspo to deal with the monster Araghne on Planet Daldon. Kahseral and Dyspo work together to defeat Araghne, while Toppo dispatches the monster's accomplice. Afterward, Toppo informs his comrades about the Tournament of Power and their universe's impending fate.
During the tournament, Kahseral begins by firing a ki blast at an unknown opponent and later teams up with Dyspo in combat. He is sent by Top to assist against Goku, Caulifla, and Kale, but his focus shifts when he engages Androids 17 and 18. Despite using his Justice Sabers and Justice Bomber, Kahseral is outmaneuvered by Android 17's Android Barrier. When his teammate Tupper is eliminated, Kahseral retreats under the cover of a smoke cloud.
Regrouping with his team, Kahseral helps execute a strategy against the Universe 6 Saiyans, which initially succeeds. However, the plan falters when Kale achieves a controlled Super Saiyan form and ultimately transforms into her Legendary Super Saiyan state. Her immense power overwhelms the Pride Troopers’ United Justice Stream, resulting in Kahseral, Zoire, and Kettol being eliminated.
After Universe 11’s defeat, Kahseral is erased along with his teammates and their universe by the Zenos. He is later revived with the rest of Universe 11 when Android 17 uses the Super Dragon Balls to restore all erased universes.

Fighting Pose - Kahseral's signature Justice pose, emblematic of the Pride Troopers.

United Justice Stream - A team-based attack performed by four users, including Kahseral. Each member charges differently colored energy spheres (yellow for Kahseral) and releases them as energy waves, which merge into a massive red wave for a devastating effect.
