Trivia
- Ra-Horakhty, or Holactie the Creator of Light in Yu-Gi-Oh!, draws inspiration from Egyptian mythology, where Ra-Horakhty is a title or manifestation of the sun god Ra as "Horus of the Horizons." This title symbolizes Ra's journey across the sky, linking him with Horus and emphasizing themes of hope and rebirth. The merging of Obelisk the Tormentor, Slifer the Sky Dragon, and The Winged Dragon of Ra to form Holactie in the series aligns with this mythological context, suggesting they are manifestations of Horakhty.
- The card's attack name, "Djeser," meaning "holy" in ancient Egyptian, resonates with sacred connotations, much like the Mortuary Temple of Queen Hatshepsut, "Djeser-Djeseru" ("Holy of Holies"). Holactie is a unique card in the Yu-Gi-Oh! franchise for several reasons:
- It is the only Creator God type monster and the only official card of its typing.
- Its summoning conditions involve fusing the three Egyptian Gods, akin to the Sacred Beast counterpart "Armityle the Chaos Phantasm."
- It is the only DIVINE monster with a Type other than Divine-Beast, establishing its Creator God designation.
- Unlike other ? ATK and DEF monsters, it has no effect determining its values, as it ensures victory upon summoning instead of engaging in battle.
- Kazuki Takahashi, the series creator, first revealed the artwork for this card before its official release. Only 10,000 copies were distributed in Japan, marking it as a rare and highly sought-after collector's item. Its icon in Yu-Gi-Oh! ARC-V Tag Force Special reflects the character design of Holactie, solidifying its connection to the anime's narrative.
