Appearance

Xeno Vegeks' hair resembles Gotenks', with Trunks' lilac hair on the sides, styled differently, with two long bangs. He wears a combination of Xeno Vegeta's Time Patrol Battle Armor and the lower part of Xeno Trunks' coat. He also has green Potara earrings, a distinct feature of Potara fusions.

Personality

Xeno Vegeks embodies a blend of both Xeno Trunks' seriousness and Xeno Vegeta's pride and arrogance. This combination gives him a battle-ready attitude. In World Mission, Xeno Vegeks is highly confident in his abilities, showing no hesitation to confront powerful foes like Xeno Janemba or Legendary Super Saiyan Broly. However, because Xeno Vegeta was unconscious during their fusion in the manga, Xeno Vegeks' personality leans more toward that of Xeno Trunks.

Biography

In Super Dragon Ball Heroes, Xeno Vegeks plays a crucial role during the Dark Empire Saga:

  • In the game, during a battle against Demon God Towa, Xeno Vegeta is summoned by Chronoa to assist Xeno Trunks. They fuse into Xeno Vegeks using the Potara Earrings given by Chronoa, temporarily combining their powers to face Towa. However, their fusion eventually ends due to the temporary nature of the Potara Earrings when neither fusee is a Supreme Kai.
  • In the manga, Xeno Vegeks is formed during the events of the Cell Games in Age 767. When the powerful Demon God Gravy attacks, Xeno Vegeta is struck and sent flying. Xeno Trunks catches his father, and, recognizing Gravy's strength, decides to fuse with him using the Potara Earrings. As Xeno Vegeks, they gain the upper hand against Gravy. However, their fight is interrupted by the arrival of Xeno Cell, who transforms into the monstrous Cell-X due to Putine's magic. Despite their animosity, Xeno Vegeks and Gravy temporarily join forces to destroy Xeno Cell. After the battle, the fusion ends, separating Xeno Vegeks back into Xeno Vegeta and Xeno Trunks.

In World Mission, Xeno Vegeks makes a notable appearance in Chapter 3, Sub Chapter 4: "Legendary Super Saiyan Awakened!" during a critical battle against Xeno Janemba (a version of Super Janemba enhanced by a Dark Dragon Ball).

After Super Saiyan 3 Xeno Goku, SSJ3 Xeno Vegeta, Great Saiyaman 4, and the rest of the Dragon Ball Heroes team fail to land effective attacks on Xeno Janemba, Xeno Goku recalls the Potara Earrings given to him by Chronoa. He suggests fusing into Xeno Vegito with Xeno Vegeta to gain the upper hand. However, Xeno Vegeta, known for his pride, states he would rather die than fuse with Xeno Goku. After some convincing from Xeno Goku, who points out that they face certain death otherwise, Xeno Vegeta reluctantly agrees to a fusion but chooses to fuse with Xeno Trunks instead, as he considers it more dignified to fuse with his son than with Goku.

For the first and what he declares to be the last time, Xeno Vegeta (in Super Saiyan 3 form) fuses with Xeno Trunks (in base form), resulting in Xeno Vegeks (Super Saiyan).

Xeno Vegeks confidently introduces himself as the "fusion warrior Vegeks" and proclaims that he will demonstrate "true Saiyan pride." As the Time Patrol members Beat, Note, and Zen look on in awe, Xeno Vegeks taunts Xeno Janemba, warning him, "There won't be an atom of you left when I'm finished."

True to his word, Xeno Vegeks decisively defeats Xeno Janemba, with Zen remarking that Xeno Vegeks "gave Xeno Janemba the boot almost instantly." After the battle, Xeno Vegeks mockingly says to the fallen Janemba, "You messed with the wrong Saiyan. Too bad." This moment solidifies Xeno Vegeks' dominance in the fight, showcasing the powerful combination of Xeno Vegeta's and Xeno Trunks' abilities.

Attacks and Techniques

  • Burning Impact - A merge of techniques between Xeno Trunks' Burning Attack and Xeno Vegeta's Dirty Fireworks.
  • Galick Gun - Xeno Vegeks curls his fingers and places both his hands together at chest level facing the same direction (so that the palm of one hand is on the back of the other). Then, once enough ki is gathered, he thrusts both hands forward to fire a powerful blast of energy. The result is a powerful, huge, fuchsia-colored ki beam that emanates from his hands and body. It is capable of destroying large planets if enough power is put into it.
    • Xeno Super Warrior Unit - Xeno Vegeks Super Unit Attack with SH2-49 Xeno Goku (SSJ3) and Xeno Gohan. During their Attack Phase, SSJ3 Xeno Goku powers up frightening the opponent as Xeno Vegeks and Xeno Gohan appear alongside Xeno Goku with Xeno Goku and Xeno Gohan charging their Kamehamehas, while Xeno Vegeks charges an unnamed variation of the Galick Gun (same fiery golden color as Xeno Goku and Xeno Gohan's Kamehamehas). The three Time Patrollers then combine their techniques to produce a powerful variation of the Galick Kamehameha which hits the opponent resulting in an automatic KO.

Trivia:

  • Despite Xeno Trunks clearly wearing his sword before the Potara fusion, Xeno Vegeks does not possess the weapon. Because of this, Xeno Vegeks is the first fusion involving Future Trunks not to wield a blade.
  • Xeno Vegeks is the first quarter-Earthling character to be introduced in Dragon Ball media. This serves as a reverse of Pan, who is a quarter-Saiyan.
  • He is also the first successful Potara fusion of a father and son, as Goku and Gohan's attempt to fuse with Potara during the battle with Super Buu failed.
  • The first unfused quarter-Earthling character in Dragon Ball media is the female 3/4 Saiyan-1/4 Earthling hybrid Shalot from Dragon Ball Fusions.
